LIVE MUSIC VENUE AT YOUR HOTEL PROPOSAL
Juan J Martinez Productions would like to have a joint venture with YOUR HOTEL creating a live music venue at any room you may have available. This option will create more revenues bringing new customers and creating an artistic atmosphere. All the process of development of the project will take some time, but our goal is to establish a place where artists can perform and audience can see their performance without the extra cover charge. This is a win-win situation for both parties since the bar is looking for more sales and our Production company looking for an steady venue to develop all the strategies according to plan. You will get an infusion of new clientele to see our performances besides keeping your guests entertained without leaving the hotel and spending more money at the bar. You could consider to have the 2 drinks minimum formula to allow customers to that room to see the show.
SCHEDULE 1 Daily show. duration around 45 minutes
PAYMENT Juan J Martinez Productions will be the exclusive booking agent of the venue getting $100 for each act booked.
SHOWS All type of shows will be considered. But mainly we will stage young artists looking for exposure in hip hop and R&B style of music.
SOUND SYSTEM
Juan J Martinez Productions will provide the following system (if needed)
-Stage
-2 Speakers
-PA system
-CD player
-Wireless mics
MARKETING
The following marketing strategies will be in place
-Flyer of the show posted at the street window or at some bulletin board inside the venue
-Flyer and all the information regarding the time, performer, etc of each show will be posted on www.JuanJMartinezProductions.com
-All upcoming productions will be emailed to our list
-Postcards can be displayed over the counter
-On YOUR website the bottom of Events should be re-directed to www.JuanJMartinezProductions.com
