 BUSINESS SERVICES
Juan J Martinez Productions would like to have a joint venture with your establishment creating a live music venue. This option will create more revenues bringing new customers to your location and building a daily artistic atmosphere.
All the process of development of the project will take some time, but our goal is to establish a place where artists can perform and audience can see their performance without the extra cover charge. This is a win-win situation for both parties since the bar is looking for more cash bar and our Production company looking for an steady venue to develop all the strategies according to plan.
SCHEDULE
weekdays
7.00 pm till 8.15 pm
8.30 pm till 9.45 pm
10.00 til 11.30 pm
weekends
Same schedule listed above plus 1 or 2 more performances.
HOW IT WORKS
Performers will be allowed to pass the hat to the audience after their show is finished.
PAYMENT
Juan J Martinez Productions will be the exclusive booking agent of the venue getting $35 for each act booked.
SHOWS
All type of shows will be considered but the main strategy will be having 3 different type of music during the same night, so the audience/customer base will be different style and sound.
SOUND AND LIGHTING SYSTEM
Juan J Martinez Productions will provide the following systems
-Stage (if needed)
-2 Speakers
-PA system
-CD player
-Wireless mics
-2 lamps with 3 lighting each
This system is not good for bands since the speakers are not ready for a bigger sound, so we recommend the venue provide such speakers and have it in place all the time,
MARKETING
The following marketing strategies will be in place
-Flyer of the show posted at the street window or at some bulletin board inside the venue
-Flyer and all the information regarding the time, performer, etc of each show will be posted on www.JuanJMartinezProductions.com
-All upcoming productions will be emailed to our list
-Postcards will be displayed over the counter, saying that now we have live music events with an small text like Want to perform at thie venue?
-On YOUR website the bottom of Events will be re-directed to www.JuanJMartinezProductions.com
-Our team will constanly look for new type of shows on the internet and other live music venues around the city.
Again, this task will not be easy since performers has to pass the hat to make some money, but we know for our experience that many young artists wants a place to stage their talent and that's what we will do.
